David Lewis reported that Jake Gardner of the New York Rural Water Association told him NYRWA is coordinating with the New York State Department of Health on a program that could provide free water testing for municipalities; under the program the DOH would determine sampling locations. David will talk to Mike Dvorchak to assess whether Hillsdale should pursue NYRWA services.
The minutes note the council does not yet know whether water testing was completed at the town's three buildings or what results, if any, were returned.
