City Engineer Ryan Cummins told Council that Trinity Court was identified as needing resurfacing and could be added to the recently awarded 2026 Pavement Resurfacing Program contract as a change order because the contractor offered favorable pricing. The change would add both resurfacing of existing asphalt and conversion of a small gravel section to asphalt.
When asked about timing, Cummins estimated the Riegelsberger/Nagel Roads project would begin after the Fourth of July holiday and take approximately two months to complete in total; the pre-construction meeting had not yet occurred but would be scheduled shortly. Councilmember Anthony Moore asked about the timeline and was advised of the two-month approximate duration.
