Avon council debates turf condition and notes uptick in e-bike activity; fourth of July events praised

Streator also reported that the Police Department has been actively addressing an uptick in e-bike activity among youth and some adults, with an emphasis on education and safety awareness, and noted increased Fire Department activity though he inadvertently left the call-volume report behind. Council President Brian Fischer noted a recent fire in his neighborhood and thanked first responders for their rapid response.
