Board compromises on corner-lot fence: 5-foot height approved, solid opacity denied

The motion to allow a 1-foot height variance to permit a 5-foot fence passed unanimously. Mercer’s separate request for 0% opacity (a fully solid fence) was then voted on and denied 4–1 (Mr. Bulger voted yes; Mr. Hricovec, Mr. Miller, Mr. Schatschneider and Chair Ladegaard voted no).
