On a motion by Board Member Ange Carlton, seconded by Heather Roberts, the Georgetown-Ridge Farm CUD 4 board approved several human-resources actions. The board reassigned Abbie Roach from DSR teacher at Pinecrest to 7th-grade ELA teacher and reassigned Laura Morgan from kindergarten teacher to a PE "grow your own" teacher; both reassignments take effect Aug. 11, 2025. The board also approved hiring Liberty Dunaway as a kindergarten teacher and Sheila Johnson as a long-term first-grade substitute.
The board approved splitting the MMJH special education coordinator stipend, awarding $1,500 each to Sam Miller and Heather Breaszeale, accepted the resignation of 6th-grade team leader Jen Gardner, and approved volunteer football coach Riley Goodwin. These personnel actions were recorded under the human-resources consent motion and carried on roll call with no recorded nay votes.
