Director of Architectural Control Ed Miller reported 34 projects were submitted in May: 26 were approved by the ACC administrator and eight were approved by the Architectural Control Committee. He said 160 projects have been submitted year‑to‑date and 157 were approved, representing a 98.1% approval rate; submissions are down 16.7% compared with the same period in 2025.
Miller said a paint project received a one‑time approval after the finished color did not match the sample; the board indicated it will discuss the paint‑color approval process and any needed policy or procedural changes at a future meeting. No regulatory change or retroactive enforcement was recorded in the minutes.
