The Woodmoor Improvement Association Board of Directors unanimously approved the meeting agenda and the minutes from the May 27, 2026 meeting during the June 24 meeting. Ed Miller moved to approve the agenda; Rick DePaiva seconded and the motion carried unanimously. DePaiva later moved to approve the May 27 minutes; Jason Hann seconded and that motion also passed unanimously.
Such routine approvals are customary at the start of WIA meetings and establish the official record for the evening. The board chair, Brian Bush, called the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m. and listed board members present and absent before the votes were taken. The meeting then proceeded to department reports and staff updates.
