The board noted the project began before a permit was issued, prompting a stop-work order and a violation; Paul Richmond had submitted a letter dated June 4, 2026 apologizing for the misunderstanding. The Planning Board determined no SEQR review was required for the amended site plan. Motion to approve the resolution was made by Board Member Angela Hawken and seconded by Board Member Amy Crandall.
