The Holland Central School District Board of Education approved a slate of routine actions at its meeting, including personnel items, minutes from the Jan. 27 regular meeting, and the consent agenda covering EA, CSE and CPSE recommendations and financial reports. The chair presented the motions and each was adopted by voice vote with a 7–0 tally.
The chair read the personnel motion as "Resolved upon the recommendation of the superintendent of schools, the board of education approve the personnel items 4 through 7," and the board recorded the outcome as "Pass 7 0." Minutes from the Jan. 27 meeting were moved "So moved, Phillips" and seconded "2nd, Bonnie," and were approved 7–0.
