Applicants seek approval for Airport Road property with three buildings; commission asks Hanover coordination and PPL input

Staff and commissioners focused on a Hanover Engineering review letter with technical comments, and on a conflict where the proposed infiltration bed appears to underlie an existing driveway and parts of the proposed driveway cross a PPL transmission easement. Staff advised a meeting with Hanover Township and PPL and asked the applicant to return once technical items—driveway geometry, infiltration bed placement and easement approvals—are resolved.
