Board approves treasurer’s report, two budget transfers and audits; names election inspectors

Clerk/Treasurer Lynn Taylor presented the Treasurer’s report. Trustee Mann moved and Trustee McCann seconded a motion to accept the Treasurer’s report and make it a matter of record; the motion carried.
The Board approved two intra-fund transfers requested by the Treasurer: $600 from account A1990.4 to A1620.1 (moved by Trustee Brucker; seconded by Trustee McCann) and $7,000 from A1990.4 to A7140.4 (moved by Trustee Mann; seconded by Trustee Brucker). Both transfer motions carried. The Clerk then presented the General Audit and the Wastewater Audit; Trustee Mann moved, Trustee McCann seconded to approve the General Audit, and Trustee McCann moved, Trustee Brucker seconded to approve the Wastewater Audit. Both audits were approved.
The Clerk also asked for and obtained a motion to appoint Evelyn Clark and Bonnie Churcher as election inspectors for the upcoming village election (motion by Trustee Rosenburgh; seconded by Trustee McCann). All motions recorded in the minutes are marked "CARRIED."
