Administrators brief board on mentorship pilot, state testing and spring events

Staff also outlined New York State testing schedules for the end of April and early May and said faculty will be trained as proctors during April meetings. Administrators highlighted three middle-school students who were selected to participate in regional music festivals and noted district vocal and band concerts scheduled in the coming days.
Other updates included post-prom fundraising totals from the prior year (about $3,000 in cash donations, $500 in food and $7,000 in prizes) and that the head bus driver will begin on April 1. Administrators asked the board if they had questions about these activities and said they will continue to provide updates.
