Parents and students tell board poor coaching has harmed Holland girls basketball program

"He told me to let my team fail," Caleb said, arguing that the coach—s approach undermined player development and risked the future of the program.
Both speakers described specific instances they said illustrate systemic problems and asked the board to consider coaching changes and better oversight of the athletic program. The board did not deliberate a personnel action during the meeting; public comment was recorded for the board—s consideration.
