Mendon Public Library granted use of Harry Allen Park and Rotary Park pavilion for summer programs

The board approved the Mendon Public Library’s requests to hold Storytime at Harry Allen Park (Tuesdays, 9:30–11 a.m., June 30–July 29) and Lego Club at Rotary Park Pavilion (Wednesdays, 10:30–12:00 p.m., July 1–29).
Trustees approved two requests from the Mendon Public Library to use village parks for summer programs. The board granted permission for Storytime at Harry Allen Park on Tuesdays from 9:30–11:00 a.m., June 30–July 29, and for a Lego Club at Rotary Park Pavilion on Wednesdays from 10:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m., July 1–29. Both motions carried unanimously after being moved and seconded by trustees.
Mayor Milne and the trustees recorded no conditions or fee waivers in the minutes; the clerk will document the permits and any coordination requirements for park access and scheduling. The approvals are limited to the dates and times the board recorded during the Feb. 17 meeting.
