Otoe County OKs conditional use permit for used-truck dealership on N Evergreen Drive

The Otoe County Board approved a conditional use permit to allow HPE Properties, LLC (proposed by Mark Smith) to operate a used truck and equipment dealership at 741 N Evergreen Drive in the Evergreen Plaza 2nd Subdivision.
Dan Thomson, the county surveyor and planning/zoning administrator, told the board that verification of the proposed use is required for the applicant to receive a dealer license. The board recorded no public comment during the hearing.
Commissioner Cole moved to approve the permit, Commissioner Freshman seconded, and voting aye were Crownover, Cole, Sornson, Freshman and Parsons; the motion carried unanimously.
