The Holland Patent Village Board met July 9, 2026; Mayor Furlong opened the meeting at 7 p.m. and trustees moved through routine business and several approvals that carried unanimously as recorded. "A motion was made by Trustee Rosenburgh, seconded by Trustee Mann to accept the bid pending approval of the attorney. CARRIED," the minutes state.
Among the actions taken, trustees accepted a single bid for the Wastewater RFP from Koester pending attorney review, approved the Treasurer’s report and two audits (General and Wastewater), agreed to a $300 monthly pay increase for employee Eric Rommel, and accepted a renewal proposal from OneGroup for the coming year. The meeting adjourned at 7:17 p.m.
