The Holland Central School District Board of Education unanimously approved several routine items on the agenda, including superintendent-recommended personnel items 4–7, the minutes from the Aug. 25 regular meeting and a consent agenda containing CSE and CPSE recommendations and financial reports. Chair (speaker 1) asked for a motion and the board carried the actions with recorded votes of 6–0.
Board procedure followed motion, second and roll-call format. During the votes the chair prompted members with "All in favor, say aye," and the board recorded "Aye" for each of the motions. No amendments were offered and there was no public comment on these items. These approvals keep routine personnel and finance work on schedule as the district moves into the new school year.
