Muller also noted that Wagner Ranch Services, having secured the city's landfill work, won earthwork for East Ridge Road and could coordinate both jobs after a pre-construction meeting. The Board was notified that the county will review Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement Program applications in the next round and will consider those applications at a future meeting.
