Highway Superintendent Crump reported on storm-related repairs and logistics, saying culverts have been ordered and thanking Rob Fenner and Parishville-Hopkinton School staff for assistance during the recent storm. The minutes note residents and town workers provided substantial help during the response.
Crump said Lake Ozonia Road from Hopkinton remained closed but he expected it to be open by the end of the week. He also reported discussions with St. Lawrence County regarding the closed bridge on County Rt. 49 and said "as of this time, there are no plans to repair it until 2025," which raises concerns about increased traffic and detours affecting Converse Road.
