Adam Fletcher, the board coordinator, explained charges from Coastal AG, LLC during the voucher review and read Chase's report recommending the Welcome Slough treatment. Corbett McMaster, introduced as a District 1 board applicant, raised questions about the budget and the program's mission before the board considered next steps.
Board members also noted that Andy Lea will treat the marina area at the end of the month and that treatment at Marina Estates remains on hold. The board received a written managers' report and scheduled its next meeting for Aug. 3, 2026, at 11 a.m. The meeting adjourned at 11:59 a.m.
