At the July 22, 2026 meeting the Town of Clay Planning Board approved the minutes of July 8, 2026 (motion carried 6-0 with one abstention by Mr. McMahon), moved Case #2025-054 onto the current agenda, and then adjourned multiple cases for additional documentation and technical review. Specific case adjournments included: Case #2026-051 (Amazon Drone Implementation) adjourned to September 16, 2026 at the applicant's request; and Cases #2026-058 (Amazon warehouse), #2026-059 (National Grid/Micron), #2025-037 (Northern Credit Union), #2026-025 (R&F Plaza Community Bank), #2026-028 (W Taft Summit FCU), #2026-031 (West Herr Automotive), #2026-053 (Matthews Automotive Group) and #2025-054 (Black Creek Equestrian Center) adjourned to August 12, 2026. Motions to adjourn carried unanimously when recorded.
The meeting concluded with a motion by Paul Graves to adjourn at 9:00 p.m. (motion carried 7-0). Planning staff will collect requested SWPPP, DEC and DOT documentation, corrected plan sets, signed/stamped drawings, fire-department confirmations and engineering clarifications before the board's August 12 session.
