West Herr Automotive expansion returns with revised drawings; board requests parking and title-sheet revisions

Joe Durand of TDK Engineering told the Planning Board that changes requested at the previous hearing for the West Herr Automotive Group expansion (3687 State Route 31) were incorporated into the current submission. The board asked the applicant to add the original date, revision and revision date to the title sheet and to clarify the total number of parking spaces and how many count as ADA-accessible.
C&S Engineer Caitlin Choberka said she will email her remaining comments to the applicant. With those clarifications outstanding, Mr. Graves moved to adjourn the case to August 12, 2026 so staff comments can be incorporated and formal materials submitted.
