The Town Board approved a request from Calocerinos Engineering, PLLC to connect a property at 4793 Buckley Road to the Summerwood Sewer District, with the property owner agreeing to pay all construction, operation and County sanitary charges. The motion passed 5–0.
The board also approved a package of actions for Michael's Farm: establishing "MICHAEL'S FARM SEWER DISTRICT, CONTRACT NO. 1" and "MICHAEL'S FARM DRAINAGE DISTRICT, CONTRACT NO.1," authorizing acquisition of constructed public facilities from LOK Development, LLC, and approving Contract Documents for the subdivision. Councilors voted unanimously on those resolutions. Finally, the board authorized submitting an Empire State Development Strategic Planning and Feasibility Studies grant application to fund a Town of Clay Parks and Recreation Master Plan and to accept any awarded funds.
