She recommended adding DORA operating costs to the administrative budget and said operational costs would likely be offset by sales revenue.
The committee discussed overtime pressures and staffing: Fire overtime is over budget and a new hire is expected to reduce it, while Police and Dispatch are under budget for salaries and overtime.
