Tim Coyer of Ianuzi & Romans apologized to the Planning Board after an incorrect set of plans was submitted for the W Taft Summit Federal Credit Union application at 4955 West Taft Road. Coyer said the requested changes from the prior meeting have been incorporated and that corrected plans will be provided.
Chairwoman Michelle Borton asked that pavement directional arrows and a drive‑thru sign be added to the plan set; with no further comments from board members, Mr. Graves moved to adjourn the case to August 12, 2026 so staff can confirm the corrected materials and finalize comments.
