Keplinger Freeman Associates representative Ms. Wennberg told the Planning Board that prior comments on the Community Banks NA (R&F Plaza Community Bank) application at 4000 State Route 31 have been addressed and that corrected plans will show an accurate parking count, including two ADA spaces. The planning department will record the corrected parking total on the site plan.
Board member Jim Palumbo said the perimeter drive narrows to 14 feet in one location, which could prevent fire apparatus from circulating; Trevor Edkin, Director of Leasing and Acquisitions for R&F, said easements and existing curb cuts constrain shifting the building. Palumbo asked for written confirmation from the Moyers Fire Department (fire department confirmation to be provided by the applicant). With those items outstanding and additional signed and stamped drawings required, Mr. Henty moved to adjourn the case to August 12, 2026 (motion carried 7-0).
