Neil Jensen, representing the applicant and noting a representative from Roper Buildings on the phone, explained that the angled lot made it challenging to position the structure. "Because the lot is angled, it has proved challenging to get the building positioned on there really well," Jensen said, and described the placement chosen to maximize geometry while keeping the residential portion toward the rear of the lot. After brief discussion, George Chachas moved to approve the variance and Jesse Murdock seconded; the motion passed unanimously, 6-0.
