Holley trustees confirm mayoral appointments, set fiscal-year rules

The board also carried over several village officials: Deborah Schiavone as clerk-treasurer and tax collector, John Sansone as village attorney, and Marsha DeFilipps as historian. Trustees were assigned departmental responsibilities and instructed that no single trustee may act unilaterally without full board consent.
