Neighbors tell Hudson Falls planning board they support Pine Street adjustment

During the public-comment period, neighbors spoke in favor of the proposed property-line adjustments. Steve Smith of 3 Pine Street told the board he has known the applicant and agent for years and does not oppose the change, saying, "They will not even be tuming over a shovel full of dirt to do what is being requested, so he is perfectly okay with what they are doing."
Another neighbor, Gwynne Cukrovany of 16 Pine Street, said she was attending to learn about neighborhood changes and "does not see any issue with what they are proposing." Their remarks were heard during the board's review of the application and were recorded in the meeting minutes.
