The Village of Hudson Falls Planning Board reviewed a short Environmental Assessment Form (short EAF) for the proposed property-line adjustments at 2-4 and 6 Pine Street and determined the action "does not present any adverse environmental impacts," issuing a negative declaration on Oct. 28, 2024.
Village Attorney William L. Nikas read the EAF questions aloud while board members answered, recording "no" or "small impact" responses; the negative declaration was adopted with Chairperson David Hutchinson and Board Members Deborah Breeyear, Lynn Leland and Diane Santa Croce voting in favor and four members absent.
