Board approves resignation, termination and a CSEA performance increase

The Board next approved the termination of Victor Hernandez, effective Oct. 15, 2024, on a motion by Trustee James Gallagher Jr. seconded by Trustee Daniel Hogan.
The Board further approved a contract-based personnel increase for Aaron Vanderwarker. On a motion by Trustee Michael Horrigan, seconded by Trustee Daniel Hogan and unanimously carried, the Board "RESOLVED, to approve 3-year satisfactory performance increase evaluation for Aaron Vanderwarker, as outlined in the CSEA Contract, effective 10/18/2024." No further personnel details or reasons for the termination were included in the minutes.
