Board approves substitute hire and volunteer ELA tutor for Ponderosa High School

President Cheryl Mango-Paget recorded approval of both items during the Oct. 9 meeting.
Hauer said Penland would help students writing in classes beyond English to raise the quality of their written work. The appointment of McGlauthlin increases the pool of substitute teachers available to PHS; the minutes record approvals but do not show a roll-call vote.
