The Coconino County Accommodation School District Governing Board on Aug. 12 approved the district's FY26 Classroom Site (301) performance-pay plan. Erin Tutay, Director of Business Services, described the plan as two payments of $1,250 each — one in December and one in May — with prorated amounts for part‑time staff and a state per‑pupil rate of $842 informing district calculations.
Tutay told the board that the district's weighted student count for the year was $186,217.03 and that district 301-related payments would be “over $15,000 a month,” while noting that the per‑pupil rate and weighted counts could change in future years. The board approved the plan as presented; the district will return with finalized 301 documents and additional details at a September meeting.
