Hudson Falls trustees approve consent and routine items including polling-site, shared services and Derby Park expenditures

At the Sept. 9 meeting the Village of Hudson Falls Board of Trustees approved a slate of routine and consent items. The Board unanimously waived the 30-day advance notice for Falcon’s Brewhouse at 171 Main Street and authorized Michael Fiorillo to sign a Shared Service Agreement for Emergency Services with the New York State Department of Transportation.
Trustee Jeffrey Gaulin moved to authorize Cassandra Allen to complete and sign the 2024 Polling Site Operation Agreement with the Washington County Board of Elections, designating the Board Room as the polling site. The trustees also approved expenditures presented by the Derby Park Committee and approved Queensbury Water Accounts for payment; abstracts for General Fund, Water, Trust and Payroll were audited and ordered for payment.
