The Board entered executive session at 6:58 p.m. to discuss a pending contract with the Village of Pulaski and returned at 7:23 p.m. On resuming open session, Councilwoman Donna Gilson moved that Attorney Graham Seiter draft an intermunicipal agreement specifying that, during Village system outages, the Town will supply water through the emergency interconnect on State Route 13; Councilman Eric Pappa was assigned to coordinate IMA needs with Water Clerk Pam Lasell. The motion passed by unanimous roll-call.
Earlier in the meeting the Board also moved to amend the existing IMA with the Village of Pulaski to allow Village police to attend Town Board meetings and act as constables for Town Court; supporters said having an officer present would make members more comfortable during meetings. Both intermunicipal items passed by unanimous vote.
