The superintendent said Viking, the supplier, has not provided a firm delivery schedule for a truck ordered in 2024.
Board members discussed potential savings from in-house installation and options such as sharing a hydraulic press with the Town of Mexico to reduce equipment installation costs. No amendment to the motion was recorded; the original motion to order the truck carried unanimously.
