Members agreed detailed minutes are valuable, particularly when decisions may be appealed, and noted that AI-produced abridgements may lack the necessary specificity about Board findings. Mr. Bandazian moved to approve the June 1 minutes as amended; Mr. Chris Swiniarski seconded and the motion carried 7–0. Staff said they will pilot a more detailed AI output and continue to use the transcription-plus-human-edit workflow for official minutes.
