Highland Falls board approves removals from probation for three officers and accepts a resignation

The board also accepted the resignation of Caitlin Boyle, effective Nov. 6, 2024, and recorded the acceptance "with regrets." The board did not elaborate in detail on replacement plans during the meeting.
