Council orders budget review after discrepancies found in community education account

Superintendent Sue Hoeft told the Community Education Advisory Council that she, Community Education Coordinator Ashley Engh and Business Manager Walsh are working through discrepancies found in the Community Education budget and will circulate a corrected report once it is ready.
The issue was raised during the council’s regular meeting March 24. The minutes state the three officials are reviewing the budget; no dollar figure for the discrepancy was recorded in the minutes and the report will be distributed to members when finalized. The group did not take a formal vote on changes at the meeting.
