Town Hall renovations near completion; Vice Mayor reports Preserve wildflowers and lake bubblers working

Council members reviewed unfinished business on the Town Hall interior renovation. The Building Official and clerk said the remaining work includes electrical for the kitchen as well as finishing a closet and a bathroom; staff expect the materials to arrive and aim to complete the work by the next meeting. The council discussed window treatment options and asked to consider alternatives (blinds versus tint) at a future meeting.
On drainage and Preserve maintenance, Vice Mayor Marion Chateau-Flagg reported that the wildflowers planted in the Preserve are growing well and that all bubblers in the lake are functioning effectively. No code-enforcement violations were reported during the period; staff drove through town to inspect for violations and communicated with the Town Clerk.
