Council was told that Cloud Lake has earned a Class 3 Rating since the ISO program began in 1998 — with Class 1 the highest rating — a classification that can enable insurance-crediting on new construction and affect underwriting. Town staff are assembling documentation and expect the ISO reviewer to be on-site at Town Hall for an all-day inspection.
