Judy Walter said she decorates the bridge over the creek; Deputy Newmann reported he "monitors the speed daily and the decorations cause people to slow down." Tracy Nedderman urged the Village to act before a crisis, citing possible flooding and calls for stewardship.
Committee members noted the study and potential roadwork could inform whether sidewalks or traffic-calming are included under specific funding scopes.
