Darrin Anderson introduced the resolution and Marcia Provencher seconded; a roll-call vote recorded all six board members voting Aye.
Board minutes list the donors and intended recipients but do not record additional discussion beyond the roll-call approval. The donations will be recorded in the district’s financial reporting as restricted or designated contributions per standard practice.
