MPS reports LETRS/UFLI rollout progress and gaps as district aims for full staff completion

District staff described mitigation steps including make-up sessions provided by MPS staff, CORE OL&LA offering internal make-up support, continued monitoring of attendance, and an explicit definition of success: 100% of staff have completed LETRS Vol. I or CORE Learning Online Literacy and Language Academy training by June 30, 2024, with at least 80% mastery. Staff listed capacity and willingness to attend as ongoing challenges and committed to tracking progress through the remainder of the school year.
