The Facilities Committee discussed the district’s long-term facilities master (LTFM) planning process, with Superintendent Sue Hoeft reporting that a business manager will assist in developing the plan this spring. Hoeft said the board has an agreement with InGensa on the agenda that evening for a facility and infrastructure assessment designed to inform the LTFM work.
Committee members added related items to the Facility Needs Requests tracker and agreed to use the InGensa assessment to prioritize projects. The notes do not include the scope, cost, or timeline for the InGensa contract; further details are expected once the board acts on the agreement.
