Howard Rube asked whether more detailed renderings exist and how many courts the concept would include; staff answered the plans are "very rough" at this stage and noted a 2023–24 concept/feasibility study by Scott Edwards Architects that identified several layout options. The board agreed the feasibility work should inform next steps before any specific capital request is advanced to council.
