Board records award recognitions and introduces interim principals
Summary

The board carried motions to formally recognize two district leaders for statewide honors. Members unanimously recognized Dr. Troy Urdahl as the recipient of the 2025 MNIAAA Pete Veldman Class AA Athletic Director of the Year award and Hope Fagerland as the Minnesota Association of School Administrators’ 2025 Outstanding Central Office Leader.

The board also introduced Mr. Tom Lee as the interim principal of Wilshire Park Elementary School for the remainder of the year, noting his previous superintendent and principal experience in Minnesota public schools.
