Staff says ERP implementation and CMMS selection will be a major 2026 workstream; consultant engaged on IT and cybersecurity

Staff said they are resuming the ERP selection and implementation process next year and will work with a consultant for system selection, installation and training. "So that's kind of our main, focus, gonna be for the year in terms of big project," an agency official said when describing the ERP as a major lift for staff.
On CMMS, the staff lead reported the team issued an RFP, received bids and returned to the incumbent vendor ViewWorks to explore whether outstanding concerns can be resolved; "we're fairly confident that we're gonna be able to work with View Works," the staff member said, while noting integration and mobile-app costs remain variable. Committee members treated the IT assessment and cybersecurity/disaster recovery plan as a priority and asked for follow-up on cost estimates and procurement timing.
