The board also settled the vice chair position after an initial motion by Katherine Johnson to elect Alan Nidiffer was rescinded; Johnson then moved to elect Trish Walker as vice chair, a motion seconded by Alan Nidiffer and approved unanimously, 4–0. All present board members were sworn in with the Oath of Office earlier in the meeting. The meeting was called to order by Vice Chair Trish Walker at 5:30 p.m. and adjourned at 5:38 p.m.
