At its June 12 meeting the Corvallis School District 509J Board of Directors adopted consolidated action items as presented in the informational packet. Director Sarni Al-Abdrabbuh moved adoption and Co-Vice Chair Terese Jones seconded; the board voted unanimously.
The consolidated packet included acceptance of May 20, 2025 election results; Resolution No. 25-0602 designating district officers, clerks, agents and depositories; Resolution No. 25-0603 (annual self-certification to increase the federal micro-purchase threshold); Resolution No. 25-0604 authorizing electronic publication of public notices for bids and proposals; and Resolution No. 25-0605 to increase school construction excise tax rates. The packet also listed minutes, personnel actions, and proposed policy items for review. A revised meeting schedule for June 2026 was requested to avoid conflicts with graduations.
Board records and the informational packet will be archived in the 2024-25 board records per standard practice.
